Photoshoot With Elizabeth and Rachel | Nashville, Tennessee Portrait Photographer

I had been planning to shoot a wedding with Elizabeth, a friend I met at the first Delight retreat, for months!! It felt like the time would never come!! Elizabeth just recently moved from Kentucky to California but was coming back for a wedding and I couldn't wait to visit her and a few new states!! I drove the 9 hours to Kentucky on Friday and then Saturday it was wedding time! We shot the beautiful wedding in 100 degree temperatures and ended the night with an awesome display of fireworks!! WOO! It was fun to challenge myself to shoot in that situation!!

Then Sunday, despite Elizabeth hurting herself on Wednesday jumping off a cliff (poor thing!!), she pushed through and we went to Nashville for the day with her friend Rachel, who modeled for us! I have wanted to visit Nashville for years so I'm beyond glad it worked out! I loved it as much as I thought I would and I'm already ready to go back!! So of course we planned to shoot and adventure around Nashville! It was fun not really having a schedule and just getting to see whatever we wanted and shoot along the way! We started out on the Shelby Street Bridge, went into downtown to get some iced coffee and water because it was another scorcher, and then we went over to the Opryland Hotel which was one of my favorite parts! That place is amazing!!! We made Rachel model for us everywhere we went!! So glad she was a good sport with me stopping her every minute and putting up with me so I could make one of my crazy visions come to life! Haha!! I'm so thankful for the time I had with these two and I am so sad it ended so soon!!! Here are some portraits from the trip!
