Sean | Fishersville, Virginia Senior Portrait Photographer

When you want to see how far you've come, always, always look back at really old work. Kylie, Sean's sister, was the first person EVER to ask me for senior pictures. I remember being so nervous knowing I had something to deliver because I was still really new!! But her family trusted me and I'm forever grateful. Three years later and it's Sean's turn!! Sean is just as awesome as the rest of the Roberts family. He was Homecoming King this year, he is Concert Choir manager, he's a soccer player, and guess where he's going to school? William & Mary! Yeah, I just wanted to brag for a minute because my seniors are cool. Sean and I had so much fun last week shooting his seniors. :D Here are some of my favorites!

Amy + Don | Staunton, Virginia Engagement Photographer

I was lucky enough to get to shoot at another beautiful location earlier this week thanks to Liz, the owner of the beautiful Bells Lane in Staunton! They're starting to have weddings at their venue so I figured it would be a great spot for me to shoot an engagement! And it was! It's the perfect setting, up on the hill, looking out at the mountains. You get a little bit of everything there -- the rolling hills, a lake, and beautiful woods! I'm so excited I got to take Amy and Don there!! Hope you guys enjoy my favorites from their spring engagement session!!

Krista | Staunton, Virginia Senior Portrait Photographer

I met Krista last week for her senior session in Staunton at a new location!! I always love shooting at new places because locations and outfits tend to be a huge source of my inspiration. So when the first location I had planned for her didn't look too great when I visited earlier that morning, I knew I needed to find something good ASAP. I ended up riding by a beautiful property in Staunton that I've always wanted to shoot at and I took a chance and walked up to their house and asked permission. I totally expected the owner to say no but she was more than happy to offer her home and it pretty much made my entire day. :) Krista was the perfect girl to bring to the location and I'm so glad it worked out! Krista, I loved getting to know you at our session! I hope you have an awesome graduation and that you love Shenandoah!!! Can't wait to see what's in store for you!
