And now for the personal photos! We got up early on Friday and traveled two whole hours to Dupont State Forest to see these waterfalls! It was fantastic! I love to hike and I don't think I had ever been on a hike with falls so it was perfect! I loved walking these trails, getting to know Shara and Annaliese, and lagging behind every now and again because I wanted to stop for a photo. Story of my life. Haha! We were exhausted by the end of the day Friday, not only because of our six mile hike, but because on the way home, we got a flat tire! Well, more like shredded. It was smoking when I got out of the car... Thankfully we all had AAA and were triply covered. Haha! After the AAA man called us damsels in distress and fixed our tire, we finally stopped for dinner and then for Krispy Kreme! Since Shara is from Maine, she had never had Chick-fil-A, Krispy Kreme, Bojangles, or Cookout, so we made sure she got everything. :) Gosh, I love these two and getting to make some great memories with them! Shara and Annaliese, thanks for letting me hang with you! I'm already ready for round two!
