Cate + Spoon | Nashville, North Carolina Wedding Photographer

I had the absolute pleasure of traveling down to Nashville, North Carolina last weekend to shoot my dear cousin's wedding at a beautiful venue called Rose Hill Plantation. My second shooter (who I had just met that morning and ended up doing a FABULOUS job) and I drove down from Charlottesville that morning and arrived to the venue so excited! Once we saw where we were shooting, we couldn't wait for the day to begin. We headed upstairs to hang out with the girls getting ready and the beautiful day unfolded from there. Every time I shoot a wedding, I'm reminded of why I wanted to do this in the first place. Sure, there are stressful parts but when you leave the wedding at the end of the night, it's the most rewarding feeling in the entire world and this wedding was no exception. I got to see all my family and I got to witness Cate and Spoon's precious relationship. They both made the day so easy and fun. Cate and Spoon, I loved celebrating such a special day with you two and Spoon, I'm so excited to call you family now! I hope both of you love your pictures! Here are some of my favorites!

Cate and Spoon are HUGE Steelers fans. This happened during the kiss. :)

My sweet aunt and uncle!

Spoon got swords for his groomsmen and had their names engraved on them! Let's just say the guys were a little excited...

A tattoo instead of a ring!

I made it into this shot! :)
