Love Is...

About a week ago, I did something a little different and definitely fun, which I will explain in a minute.

Alex Beadon is a photographer in London and as I've said before on my blog, I think she's fantastic. Her photography is amazing and she's just so kind and encouraging. Back in the winter, she did something called Edit This Photo. She took a picture of her sister and put it on her blog for everyone to copy and paste and then edit. She wanted to see how different everyone's edits of the same picture would be. And it was super cool. She displayed everyone's edits on her blog and if you did it, she linked your blog so people could visit it. :) Such a cool way to find new blogs to follow and get new followers of your own. I thought that whole challenge was genius.

About a week ago, she did another challenge called Love Is... She wanted everyone to finish the sentence and take a picture of what represented your sentence or what you thought love was. SO AWESOME. Seriously, I just love that idea. Sooo, at first I wasn't going to do it because I just couldn't think of any way to finish the sentence. But then I thought about a Bible verse. :D This verse is PERFECT for this. So I went out and took a picture of my Bible and emailed that and my sentence to Alex. And today she posted all the different entries. Excitement!!! :) I couldn't wait to read them all and they are just fantastic. Pleaseeeeee go seeeeee themmmmmm!!!

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
