Let's just say that I have not mastered sunsets yet. Haha. I've been frustrated lately because every time I would go to take a picture of a sunset, I didn't know how to expose. I knew that I needed to under-expose for the sky, but it made me mad because when I did that, I couldn't see the mountains. Guess you can't have it both ways, right? Or maybe you can. I just don't know how to do it. Haha. I've been watching YouTube videos on taking sunset pictures and I went out yesterday to take some and try out the seemingly easy techniques I learned. Unfortunately, it wasn't too easy and the sunset wasn't that spectacular because there were some really dark clouds hovering over the sun. But I live and learn. At least I figured out what I need to do to expose for the sky and hopefully next time I see a sunset, I'll be able to take an epic picture without any editing. That's my goal. My other goal for this year is to take way less pictures, but still have the ones I do take come out the way I want. I'll blog about that in another post, though. =D. For now, enjoy these sunset pictures.
